Have you joined our loyalty system yet?

We wanted to reward all our regular customers with a little something extra, every time you shop in store, receive cash back points on purchases and access special, loyalty only discounts.

Signing up is simple, we just need a few contact details which are stored on our till system. Points will be automatically allocated with every purchase made in store, all you need to do is give your server your surname and confirm the first line of your address.

Terms & Conditions

 

 

The following Agreement describes the terms and conditions that apply to your Whipley Manor Farm Animal Feed Store Loyalty Card (These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of your Whipley Manor Farm Animal Feed Store Card and govern the relationship between Whipley Manor Farm Animal Feed Store ("WMF", "we" or "us") and you. Use of your WMF Card will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. You must therefore read them carefully. WMF Loyalty Membership

  1. Our WMF Card is our way to show our appreciation for your loyalty by rewarding you every time you visit our store. It is not a credit card, charge card or debit card. Each Card User must only use the Card in accordance with the Scheme rules.
  2. Each Card is personal to the Cardholder or relevant Card User to whom it is issued and neither the Card nor the reward points can be used by or transferred to any other person. If you need to change any of the details you have registered with your WMF Card, please contact WMF using the details above
  3. WMF Rewards is open to anyone aged 18 or over.
  4. WMF will not be liable for any costs or losses which arise in connection with the programme being cancelled or amended.
  5. Members will be informed of any significant changes to the WMF Rewards scheme by email or via our website. Continued use of the card will constitute your acceptance of any such changes to terms and conditions.

Rewards Points and Member Benefits

  1. To receive and redeem points on your WMF Rewards card you must first register your details with a colleague in store
  2. No physical card will be issued but a virtual card can be emailed on request
  3. To check the current reward point earning levels please check the bottom of you receipt, post purchase
  4. Each WMF Rewards point is worth 1p.
  5. Points can be earned on all full price purchases made in store
  6. Loyalty points are not awarded on the purchase of WMF Gift Cards, discounted products or "special price" purchases. Certain other products may also be excluded from the scheme at WMFs discretion
  7. Reward points awarded may be reduced from time to time at our discretion. Any reward points earned on purchases which are subsequently cancelled or refunded will be deducted from the card.
  8. In order to earn reward points on purchases, the customer must inform their server prior to purchase. Reward points cannot be added after the transaction is completed.
  9. Customers who already receive "special prices" related to the quantity they order are not entitled to earn points through our loyalty scheme.
  10. Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  11. Valid WMF Rewards points can be redeemed at any time by informing your server at the point of purchase.
  12. WMF can issue a physical card at the cost of£ 2.50 if you so desire, these can be pre-loaded with points to an equivalent value and used ass gift cards
  13. If you wish to dispute the balance on your loyalty card you must be able to provide your till receipts. Queries on accounts can only be checked within a three month period.

Cancellation and Termination and Expiry

  1. Cancellation and redemption: You have the right to cancel your WMF Card at any time. Upon receipt of your application to cancel your loyalty account, any monetary value will be forfeited and any points value cancelled.  Your account will no longer be able to be used.
  2. WMF reserves the right to terminate any customers membership of the Loyalty Card Scheme.  In certain instances where the member is suspected of abusing the Loyalty Scheme that member’s monetary balance will be forfeited and unused points will be cancelled.
  3. Your Loyalty Card does not have an expiry date. However, if you do not use your WMF Card for a period of one year or more, your WMF Card points will cease to be valid and any stored monetary value will be forfeited and any accrued points cancelled.  Checking the balance on your WMF Card will not constitute use of the WMF Card for these purposes. Expired value cannot be transferred to a new card, redeemed or reinstated.  You will not be able to use your WMF Card once it has ceased to be valid.
  4. WMF reserves the right to amend these Terms and conditions at any time or withdraw the Loyalty Card scheme on reasonable notice. The amended terms will apply to the use of your Loyalty Card.

Loss, Theft and Damage

  1. WMF reserve the right to correct or amend the remaining balance on your account if we believe that an invoicing or accounting error has occurred. 

General

  1. WMF Ltd does not warrant or represent that your Loyalty card will always be accepted at WMF Animal Feed Store.  For example, in the unlikely event of a failure of WMF IT and communications systems, WMF may not be able to add points or redeem any stored monetary value as payment during such a system failure
  2. Neither WMF Ltd, nor any member of its staff shall be held liable for any default resulting directly or indirectly from any cause beyond our control, including but not limited to, failure of network services and failure of data processing systems. To the extent permitted by law, all conditions or warranties implied by law, statue or otherwise are expressly excluded.

Data Protection Statement 

In order to participate in the WMF Rewards scheme, members are required to provide personal details to register. This information will be process in accordance with our data protection policies. Members can amend these details at any time by talking with a member of staff in store.

We would like to reassure you that your details are safe with us and will never be released to any other external companies or third party groups for their marketing purposes.

We will use your personal details to send you information about your Loyalty Card and details of any future or current promotions. If at any time you would like us to stop sending you e-mails, please let us know and we will do so immediately.
