FAQ
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we do. We have two lovely delivery drivers at Whipley Manor who are both knowledgeable and friendly. They will happily help unload your order and our unique fleet of vehicles can usually access even the most hard to reach properties
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free if your order totals more than £400. A £15 delivery charge will apply for all orders under this threshold.
What areas do you deliver to?
We are happy to deliver within a 30 minute circumference of the store. If you’re unsure then its best to give us a call and we can let you know.
Are you Open on Bank Holiday?
We are closed for bank holidays. We will always post our opening hours on social media.
Can I place an order online?
No. At the moment all orders must be placed over the phone. We are working towards having an online ordering system in the future but we aren’t quite there yet!
