Welcome to Whipley Manor Farm. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services offered at https://whipleymanorfarm.co.uk/ (the “Site”).   • Availability: we may show Products that are out of stock or discontinued. We will notify you if an Order cannot be fulfilled.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer, refuse orders, or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or in error.

5. Ordering & Payment

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the Products.

  • You must inspect Products upon receipt and notify us promptly of any damage, defects, or missing items as per our Returns Policy.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • You may cancel or modify an Order before it is shipped; once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

  • Refunds will be processed according to our policy, subject to conditions (e.g. item condition, timeframe).
