Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at animalfeeds@whipleymanorfarm.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please do not send your return without contacting us first.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
Exchanges

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
